On-Page SEO

On-Page SEO optimization is a part of an SEO. SEO means Search Engine Optimization, It means optimizing your website or blog for the Better Search Engine Result page. Here, optimization can be done in two ways.

One is On-Page and the second is Off-page SEO.

In this post, we will talk about how to optimize On-Page SEO.

When it comes to On-page SEO, Till now you have read about the On-Page SEO, but today in this post we will practically learn how to make the perfect On-Page SEO in this article.

On-Page SEO: Whatever we do in our Article either implementing it or modifying it for its betterment is called as On-Page SEO. i.e. Implementing of heading, Media and design, Its Title and permalink etc.

What is to be done for Search Engine Page result (SERP). Let’s talk about that:

1. Amazing Multimedia

Only the text is not enough for the Content. You may also add some Images and Videos in your article.

By this method the visitors will spend some more time on your post and also your Bounce rate will also reduce.

Now the question arises that How the multimedia helpful for SEO.

If you’ve added amazing videos and images in the content, then your blog’s Bounce rate will be reduced i.e. the users will close your site, the chances of it will decrease. Which is good for Google SEO.

Overall Google also checks user behavior, that how long the user pauses on your site and how many users are closing your site without further reading.

If a visitor comes to your website by searching on Google and goes back before the page loads. Now here the ranking of your website will be negative in search engine ranking. So we should try to keep that visitor on our site.

2. Post Description regarding On-page SEO

The details about our Post which seen in the Social Media or in search Engine that is Title, Description, Permalink and post-Thumbnail.

the user only Clicks by seeing all these things.

So, your description should be as such it contains keywords and in a good manner.

3. SEO Friendly Permalink

Always keep in mind that Permalink should be small and also contains Keywords. Always ignore the useless looking URL. i.e onlinestuffbox.com/p=123

Also don’t keep the URL much long: i.e onlinestuffbox.com/on-page-seo-apne-page-ko-seo-ke-liye-perfect-optimize-kare

But Why so?

This is because Google always gives more value to 3 to 5 words from the beginning of the post URL, which means that we should place targeted keywords in our URL.

If you will place only the main keyword in your Permalink URL, then it looks good and different.

4. Reduce the Loading Speed

Google also records that What is the speed of your Blog. So, The speed of loading your Blog should be fast.

For increasing your Blog speed you should compress the HD images and then upload them. And also your Hosting should be fast.

If you are using Google Blogger, then there is no need to see the power of hosting because your blog is posted on Google’s server on the blogger platform.

Keep your efforts that your site should open at least in 4 seconds. And if the Visitors on your Blog comes from India than you should reduce the loading speed of your Blog.

According to Research, If your site does not open at least in 4 seconds then the visitors will not come on your site again.

5. Keep the Keywords in Starting 100 Words

Try to keep all your Targeted keywords in the starting of 100-150 words. It means all the targeted keywords will be in the first Paragraph of the post.

By doing this Google easily make out about the post.

6. Use Modifier in Your Title

By adding Modifier in the Title, your post will become more attractive. i.e. “Best”, “Top”, “Famous”, “Complete Guide”, “Review” etc.

For example- You are writing a post on “WordPress Tools

a) “10 Famous WordPress Tools”

b) “Best WordPress Tools to use- Complete Guide

c) “Top 10 WordPress tools”

By doing so, if you share a link to your content on Facebook, Google Plus then there will be chances of getting clicks from there.

7. Keep the Content large

According to research, the possibility of your post will be high to rank in the Google first page if the Post has Large Content.

If you want a particular content to be rank and that content has high competition, then you have to write the article of minimum 2000 words. And also make your own rule that you should have every article of minimum 1000 words.

More the Content More will be the chances of using Longtail Keywords. It will be good for SEO.

8. Internal Links

The meaning of Internal Links is to use of Old Article Links in your new Article. But keep in mind that Internal Links should be related to the new Article.

Just take an example of Internal Links. You can easily find 50+ Links in Wikipedia,s each post.

My suggestion is that you have to give at least 2-5 Internal Links in each Post, not only because you are providing Articles to your users but you are also reducing the Bounce rate of your Blog.

9. Keywords at the beginning of the title

Definitely, you place the targeted keywords in your Title for your post. It is also good because it is an important factor of On-Page SEO.

BUT,

Along with this, you should also note that keep your Main keyword at the beginning of the title.

You may not be able to direct your targeted keywords at the beginning of post Titles, because it may be not making any sense/meaning, even also you do not keep in the end of the Title, any of your keywords which you are going to target

10. Use Keywords in H2 and H3

Definitely, H2 and H3 you are using for the Subheading of the Article. If not, the take H2 and H3 in use. Because it describes your content more user-friendly and If you are using Keywords in it then It will be doing your SEO Optimization more strong.

You have to take care of your keyboard and it’s limit, It should not exceed a limit. Otherwise, it also plays keyword staffing which is not good for us.

11. Use Social Sharing Button

How much are the chances of sharing your post with the readers after reading it?

So, the chances are very high if you use Social Sharing button in your Post.

If you don’t use social sharing button, Then there are very few users who copy the URL of your post from Address Bar and share it.

It is very important to use Social Sharing button in your post if you want to Viral the Post.

If you are a Google Blogger then it may be possible to have Social Share button in your Theme by default, and WordPress users can install Digg-Digg plugin for the same.

12. Image Optimization

a) Image Name

The Image you are adding in your content, it should also have the same name ( the targeted Keyword). i.e. on-page-SEO.jpg

b) ALT Tag

Also put the ALT Tag to the Image same as Image Name.
